If someone had what you are asking for, they would contact Bitmain and would be paid dozens of thousands USD for the idea, if it was a legit one. Also I don't recommend you to google the answer to your question because you will find some for sure, but they will be scams most likely.

I think Bitmain and Canaan(who makes AvalonMiners) are much better than we can ever be in searching for the specialists and in implementing their ideas, so I would rely on them.

You could create a custom OS for the motherboard that runs the asic, and implement it so that you could control the voltage to the asic die's individually, but it would heat more if it would have more voltage on them and it would increase the chances of the die's actually dying out because of voltage fluctations or if the die's heat to much, the custom os would not be so complex to create but you would have to apply extra cooling measurements to the asic's so that they would not be hurt and you also would have to program an inbuilt voltage detector in it so that the os would shut off the die's if it would detect voltage irregularities, again this would not be that complex to create especially because most of the motherboards are using rasperry pi.

Do you know if asic boost technology requires special pool or it can be realized on the ASIC side alone?
