We had to write the 1s and 0s on paper and send them in the mail. You might have been advised to look into IPoAC (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_over_Avian_Carriers). Typical response time ranges from 3000 to 6000 seconds, although packet loss is a greater concern than over regular mail. |
