I bought a few hundred Quark coins a few hours ago. Got them pretty cheap. Who knows? May be Quark will become the next Litecoin.

I had bought a few hundred Litecoins many months ago, at the rate of 0.0025 BTC. Now they are worth 12 times as much.

“Being only CPU mined,”

Doesn't it make QuarkCoin vulnerable against 51% attacks by big CPU-clusters aka supercomputers?

Not at all, Quarkcoin is pretty much secure that other alt-coins.

By the way, tomorrow will be a huge day for QRK. I bought today all that I can now that is yet cheap.

sounds like the author never got into Quark in time, and is crying now that litecoin and primecoin are suffering, but quark has hardly been hit.

Can you explain why it is immune against a 51% attack? I am not against QuarkCoin, but want to understand what makes the substantial difference to other crypto coins.
