Title: Help With Coinbases Instant Verification Post by: RealT on December 18, 2013, 04:27:46 PM In short: How do I set up "instant verification" on Coinbase? More info: I think it may have something to do with the size of the bank. Apparently large banks are easier to do and small banks are not.
Although Coinbase updated this statement about instant verification this month, I cannot seem to figure out how to do it. Any insight would be very helpful. This is not the typical process of waiting for 2-3 days fro micro-deposits, this is supposed to happen immediately. Thanks! From their support page: December 12, 2013 "Instant Account Verification allows you to verify your bank account instantly so you can start buying and selling bitcoin right away. Your online banking username and password will be requested - these are used for a one-time verification step. Your username and password are not stored in our database and once your bank account has been verified the logs of your activity are deleted." |
