Title: Anyone remember Altcoin Calendar?
Post by: neatneet on May 12, 2018, 08:01:00 PM
There used to be an active website that had a calendar of upcoming altcoins. It's so hard to find PoW coins outside of the Announcement board these days, and while i love the board it's littered with ICO's. Does anyone know of any good "upcoming altcoin" resources other than the ANN board?

Hello neatneet,

There are a few websites that offer the service you are referring to. Cointelegraph and CoinGecko both offer an ICO calendar on their website. CoinGecko's ICO calendar is more extensive and includes a wide variety of ICO's you can find their calendar here (https://www.coingecko.com/en/ico). The calendar offered by Cointelegraph is shorter and still in Beta mode, you can see it here (https://cointelegraph.com/ico-calendar). Finally there are also a few websites that specifically focus on the announcing of ongoing and upcoming ICOs. Here are a few examples:
TokenMarket (https://tokenmarket.net/ico-calendar)
CoinSchedule (https://www.coinschedule.com/)
TrackIco (https://www.trackico.io/calendar/)

Always pay attention when investing in ICO's and getting information from a single source is never recommended. Be sure to do careful research on the coin you want to invest in!

With kind regards,
