Title: The Bitcoin Court
Post by: woodward87 on December 18, 2013, 07:00:46 PM
What the hell is a Bitcoin Court?
I'm new to these parts but have read some bitcoin court documents available online that originate from this forum. I know very little about bitcoins besides the basics.
In any case, I'm fascinated about this court thing.
- What is it?
- Who runs it?
- How much authority are bitcoin courts vested with? Are they trifling little theatrical dalliances, or do they actually have some pull within this community?
- What are bitcoin enforcers?
- How long have the courts been around?
- Have bitcoin courts ever resulted in real world legal action?

Anyone out there who can help me out? Or am I needlessly curious about this?
