If you register a NEW account while under a US IP, then it will work to redeemed on that account. Afterwards, you should be able to use it from your normal IP address and it should work fine. To all the PayPal buyees, hopefully soon I will be PMing you about my paypal availability. :-) As for it's US use, if you create a NEW account while under a US IP, it should then work internationally. From what I have been told, after that you can still watch it while under your normal IP address.
