I hope you can take the time to help me. I have 6 bitcoins stored with Instawallet. Earlier this year I applied for them successfully under your claims process. Once I approved the claim, however, it was flagged for review by your team. I believe this occurred because of a slight confusion with some additional information I provided during the claims process. Unfortunately I still have not heard from your company.
