LOL. Note the trend on BTC-e is rising.. not by much, but it's steady. The government is going to stop anything that's going to cause any kind of significant movement.

btc38 has possibly just been shut down by the chinese govt. The process is entirely manual. Expect huge delays in funding your account, if the deposit shows up at all. I am currently waiting for a deposit to show up on a smaller exchange, and have been waiting for hours. This was a process which was formerly instant.
