a) cannabis you can get anywhere easily (almost) b) cannabis is harder to disguise and hide and you need more of it by weight that most other drugs Other drugs are also often a lot more profitable and they are interesting to buy online because many people just don't find good quality LSD, cocaine etc. where they live, if they find it at all. Also you can see how much trading went on at Silk Road, it wasn't all that much compared to other things. Bitcoin didn't crash when the Silk Road was seized, remember? It barely had an effect.
