For mining, if you would do all the tune ups like overclock, undervolt, bios mod, RX470, RX480, RX570 and RX580 is almost the same.
I have in the same rig RX470, RX570 and RX480 and basically i get same hash rate on each video card.
Well we can't compare with lower models like RX460/RX560 these models will be 2x/3x slower.

This is a little overclocked versions of the usual chips RX5*0. That is just selected good instances supporting overclocking and all. Other differences these videocards do not bear (of course except the cost))).

As another comment above, that's was almost the same.

What makes a bit different are:

Brands: each brand has a different characteristic, some brand has prone overheat, another brand cooler than other, and also another thing besides the temps.

Vram type: Personally I didn't feel much the different, but most miners have a favorite Vram.

Memory sizes: in a few algorithms, memory size giving some different performance. Let's say on Ethash that need to load Dag File.

Prices: has mentioned in a comment above.

all rx 470+570+580+480 is same

but the best for future is gtx cards

in the future amd cards hast rate will go down cuz the DAG file is will made bigger

GTX card hash rate not go down
