Hi newbies, i get 300 aprox with a gtx 680 and the new cudaminer.

160 with my 570 gtx.

I get 30 with multiple computers! lol I'm hoping I can get some better mining hardware soon. I really want to mine an alt coin and turn them into ltc. A buddy of mine is mining and getting around 250 on a nvidia.

I think he was asking about scrypt altcoin mining. But 7.5 Th is impressive ..hopefully you receive it early 2014, don't know how impressive it will be the second half of the year.

My current setup gives me between 8000-8500 Kh/s considering variance. One card is out of commission due to bad vram I think, hopefully get it RMA'd and back online for 9000+. Still a small fish in the pool.  :P

What coin are you mining? If it is within your budget, should give some radeon cards some thought ..but I'm sure you're probably already aware they're better performers vs nVidia.

About 400 from my ATI 5850 GPU card

it depends on a coin you're mining
for example my cpu makes ~400 khash/s while mining quarks and only 9 if mining lottocoins

Doing scrypt mining with my 680 i get about 360khash and om my 5970 i get 2x 340khash

About 650 with two 7850's
Today I might have well switched them off because of an ongoing Ddos at the pool.

I get 14 khash/s using a dual-core VPS server. :P It gets me 600 Dogecoins a day.

It depends how much you have in your budget for this... If you're looking for the best hashing card, then the r9 290x will give the greatest hash rate. Most people will run some 7950s or 7970s as they return excellent hash rates, but are also a little bit more reasonable in purchase cost. Me? -I run a bunch of ASUS r9 280s. Even though they are essentially rebranded 7900 series cards, I'm hoping they hold a better resale value when I decide to stop mining and sell the cards ..we'll see about that. ;) Each of these cards give about 750 Kh/s with the right setup in the config file.

I guess I should also ask, what are you looking to mine? BTC or another altcoin?

My 5770 gives 195kh/s. About 3-5 mBTC in one day.

You need an ATI GPU, with my XFX R9 290. I can pull about 800 KH/s, with my fan at 48%. If I push it (fan at 100%).. I can get to about 900+ KH/s.

With my old 5870, I hit about 450-500 KH/s.

Getting litecoins ~970khash/s with OC'd sli 780 and ~70khash/s with 4930k. Uses more than 1kW/h from a wall. Electric bill is included to rent. ;D

I am not new to mining but new to Bitcointalk!

I have:

2x 7850 @ 650 khash total
5x R9 280x @ 3.3 Mhash total (two machines, not enough outlets in my house and psu be expensive!)
1x 5970 @ 600 khash total, it has two engines and could do ~750 but gets hot and hardware errors

Been GPU mining since August since my BFL order never came. I used to just read the chatbox there all day and that's what got me into LTC.

1 x 7790 gives me 200k mining LTC.  Its a test rig to see what this is all about, if things work out, then I will build a much larger rig.

i got a 5770 mining at 200 kh/s at I 17 and another 7870 at 320 kh/s at I 17. I don't want to push it too hard.

any ideas on how we can get more kh/s aside from increasing the Intensity?? i increased workers, tc, and g value, the values is about the same

Do you guys think it's too late to join in on scrypt mining?

I might buy a few GPU if it will be profitable.

Around 75 kh/s with a GTX 650. If I overclock it I get around 80-93kh/s

630KH/s with 2 x EVGA GTX670FTW cards using the new version of cudaminer, happy with that.  ;D

Question for you guys, I have just ordered 2 x R9 280X cards to mine with, I have an MSI Z77A-GD65 mobo with my 2 NVidia cards in, which leaves me with 1 x PCI-E 16x and 3 x PCI-E 1x slots...I have powered risers, can I mix AMD and NVidia cards in the same (Win7) machine and mine with them?

Your 5770 looks to be about what you could expect, but the 7870 may be able to push more than 320.

I think your 5870 could be doing a little better than that.

Scrypt mining is not entirely about OC'ing or jacking up intensity as much as possible. There is voodoo magic in finding the correct ratios and TC for your particular cards. Even stranger, is that the same card model from different manufacturers can have different results. A good basic starting place is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=117221.0

In the end, it will mostly amount to trial and error to find the best config for your setup. :/

Im getting 17 khash/s atm with my GTX260 mining LTC, and 666 mhash/s with 2 block erupters mining PPC. Hopely i'll get a new GPU today  :P

225 kHs for my 5830, pretty bad, cannot increase hashrate more

900 - main

~240kh/s with 660ti
~40kh/s with i7 2600k (dont really keep it on, too much power usage for h/s)

1.2mh with 2 7970, i haven't overclocked them yet

1,2 mh with 2x7950 working stable at 72°C and 68% fanspeed.

What is your cgminer settings please ?

btw, you might wanna consider NOT wasting your CPU clocks on scrypt mining ! 70 kh/s is nothin for LTC mining. try to mine some "CPU Only" alternative-coins out there, search them in this forum. [Protoshare, Datacoin, etc]

3.2Mh/s with 6 Sapphire 7950 Vapor-X. Having real trouble getting any of the cards to go above 550Mh/s so am going to try a BIOS flash to see if that helps.

Yup, thanks, have to check them. I'm totally newbie with coins, I have this rig for games. I had issues with other of my cards + I bought new rad for my pc so I needed some stresstest for that. (gpus at 68°c and water ~50°c!)  Mining coins is much funnier than using furmark. :D I think I start mining when I'm at work and sleeping for now. I'm getting little addicted to mining after reading more from it so maybe I buy some 290's for my gf's pc and start mining with it too.

11 Mhash/s from 17 @ 7950's
I have another 21 R9 280X's that I am slowly bringing online this and next week.  It's going slow as I am having power and cooling issues as well as I have not really figured out the best settings yet.  These new 280X's are 5 different brands so that might be a challenge.  I am hoping for another 15 Mhash/s from them.

I currently have ~12 mh/s between 14 280x/7970s, plus a solid 930kh/s from a 290x. An additional 3mh from 6 7950's, and a mess of 270x's that run on idle machines at work.

My entire house stays at 85 degrees with miners in every room, and it's been touching freezing temps for a few weeks now in Kansas. All my windows are open, with box fans, and it's still 85 degrees in my house during the day lol

Overall, 15mh/s is my average, with 60 280x cards on order. Finally signed the lease for my new mining shop last night, too! C'mon January 1st  :D

Hoping to get an R9 280X if I can find one that's in stock.

Currently at 3 MSI 7950's pulling 1.9Mhash with a modified cgminer scrypt cl file and my fourth is on its way to take me to 2.5.  not bad for a 1000W PSU.

Are those dual fan msi 7950's? Pretty impressive if it's the single fan model!

To all of you getting more than 500kh out of a 7850: HOW? I only got one (2gb, 2 fans) and Im not getting above 300kh. I tried differnet settings in the batch file, but it stays pretty much the same. Any ideas? :o

500 KH/s with 1 7850 is impossible.
In my 7850 Rig I can manage stable 380 KH/s per card with 1110 Mhz Core / 1375 Mhz Mem
But you really need to tweak every card ! Don't copy settings, that will lead to lower hashrates. Core / Memory ratio is crucial.

Max I can get out of the 7850 is 400 KH/s, but it's not worth the extra power draw.

They are twin frozr 3 cards.  I could push them a lot more but I want to stay on one 1000W PSU for efficiency sake.. Otherwise I'm sure I could hit 2.0 easy

2,200 KH/s. 3x 7970s. Best part is, my friend bought the rig in April but couldn't get it to work so it just sat at his house. He gave it to me and a week later I got it working. I send him some coins now and then. He basically just wrote off $2k before I got it to work so we're both happy.

I am getting 433 kh/s with my 5870

I'm running a 7790 and getting on average about 190 kH till I can get a R9 280x or 290 . and then on my old i7 laptop with a 6770 Im getting 58kH with the temp stayin about 66

My Accelero Extreme HD5970 does around 520KHs although it does make the pc really sluggish and for some reason this GPU heats up more then for example an HD5850 Sapphire or Ati Radeon HD5870.

I know, it's all outdated crap. Like me  8)
