Any Questions?

I guess this is too late in the game. NRE costs are way to high to make any reasonable profit, even long-term

We started development in May 2013, had an 45nm desing same time as BFL mentioned do have there "ASIC´s" ready.
Now we made even smaller ASIC to compet. We are able do manage 64k ASIC devices in a chain.
Aimed Ws/Gh is at 0,40Ws/Gh

Are users here how are interested in shars of a german mining company?

Planed is a share model like that one of ASICminer.

A small view into the project:

1. Prototyp based on "Xilinx Kintex-7 FPGA KC705" full working, 4 months ago.
2. Worst Case 0,95 Ws/Gh consumption
3. no hardware sale, large-scale industrial mining only, business concept already existing

to inquire PM

Pictures of the prototype board?

Break even in 2 days?

So why do you need us? Take a loan, re-mortgage your house, this is easy money. Just keep buying FPGA boards and you can't lose.

Either the best scammers in history or these guys are legit, OP what is the underlying motivation? You will become the central bank of bitcoin, what is the goal? what do you plan to do with your exorbitant privilege?

Best scammers? I don't think so.

I can't imagine anyone with a brain falling for this.

Please note that you need a Bafin (http://www.bafin.de/SharedDocs/Veroeffentlichungen/EN/Fachartikel/2014/fa_bj_1401_bitcoins_en.html) allowance if you want to operate a Mining Pool in Germany.

Quote
However, an authorisation requirement may arise from additional circumstances. This applies where it is not only the case that BTC are mined, purchased or sold to participate in an existing market but in addition a special contribution is paid to create or preserve such market. This then qualifies as proprietary trading subject to authorisation pursuant to section 1 (1a) no. 4 of the KWG because of the additional service providing element. This is e.g. the case if persons advertise on the market that they regularly purchase and sell BTC. Another example is mining pools commercially sharing profit from mined and sold BTC in return for computing power provided by the user.

If you do not have one you may be punished with up to 5 years in jail. It doesn't matter if you are an LLP under UK law or a KG under German law.

Kind Regards and wishing you the very best
