Seems they have lowest inflation of them all, no more major payouts to about 100 top miners.  note I made the table about 1 year and half ago.

I0coin definitely has lowest inflation of those listed, and the lowest of about 99% of other crypto-coins too.  In a few years the "0" in I0coin will mean "zero inflation".

Is I0 traded somewhere else as vircurex?

Only on vircurex at the moment.  Once the new website is launched we hope to get support from other exchanges.

On a side note, I0coin has one of the highest network hash rates of any crypto-coin.  So it is also one of the most secure against all the various network attacks.

The holiday season has slowed us a bit, but hopefully next week for a first look at the website.

Low inflation means i0coin should hold its value better long term.  Is that the idea?

it's about i0 coin being one of the oldest alts around and so far one of the only coins of which all coins have been mined (allmost).

Inflation can sometimes be ignored short term, under five years, but long term it has a dramatic affect on savings, spending power, and overall wealth.  Almost all government backed currencies loose somewhere around 1% of their value per year due to inflation (continued printing of the currency).  That's around 99% of their value lost every 100 years.  I0coin is comitted to a low inflation strategy to prevent value loss in this way.  The price will still fluctuate up and down, but not due to inflation.
