Title: Mining with 7950 help? (Got 21000 HW errors)
Post by: Monetizer on December 20, 2013, 06:39:42 AM
How do I reduce hardware errors? I was mining for around 1 hour and my hardware errors where as high as 22000! WHat can I do to reduce this?
I am running an Asus 7950, 2 GB RAM, Celeron, B75MA-E33 and a 550W coolermaster bronze 80+ PSU.
I am also running cgminer 3.7.2 with:
cgminer --scrypt -o mypool.com:3333 -u user -p x -I 20 -g 1 -w 256 --thread-concurrency 8192

For now I have lowered all settings and it is working fine on 300 KH/s. I think the problem is that it needs more RAM. How much do you guys think is needed?
