Cryptsy has just listed it, the subreddit is massive and there is a lot of media buzz surrounding this coin. Also Bitcoin looks like it may be bottoming from this recent sell off. What do you guys think?

Another option is to swap LTC for BTC and then trade BTC for DOGE. You could also look to setup a private trade with someone on redit.
