Title: Exchange Fee Charts
Post by: GarbageName on December 21, 2013, 03:53:10 AM
Does anyone know if there exists a chart with the fees for each exchange listed? It would be most helpful for deciding where to exchange coins.

I don't think there are bid differences. Also the fee usually changes with trading volume.

Only their own search on the net, it is really not easy

Seriously, the exchange fee is not the important part in choosing the exchange.
You need to consider deposit delay, withdrawal delay, support staff competency, etc.

What Espxl said... also, whether they control your private key or not (e.g., Coinbase is all about control.)

Oh, and also, how much personal information they require and what reporting they do. This is one of the reasons I prefer buying bitcoins from trusted friends and/or localbitcoins.com.

Except if you are a day trader. Even with small amounts you can end up with massive trading volume when day trading and then fees add up to a considerable amount.
