We currently are using a custom daemon which drastically reduces the number of rejected blocks by removing all error 500's.

The fees have been lowered to 2%

"But why should I join a pool with a 2% fee? Other pools have 1% or even 0% fees!"

While it is true that our fees are higher than some other pools, we more than compensate for it with our nearly 100% uptime, near-complete lack of orphaned/rejected blocks, 100% efficiency, and excellent support staff.
