I may also pay to anyone who directs me on the right path on how to achieve this. Currently I am running http://pmtocoins.com which is kind of manual and it is painful to process the orders in quick span of time.

You'll need backend work, fontend work, design, system administration, security inspection, financial law and tax expertise....
