I have made à Sepa payment on the 4th to btce. I still have not got thr money in my account. After 5 tickets That I submitted, still nothing solved. They only react with, please send documentation etc.. While they have everything again and again. What is left for me to do? Can I withdraw my money? It is unbelievable, anyone who can help me? This happenned to me and the money was still there so I removed it and the transaction failed then put it back and made another transaction with another company. Dont wait on them they will tell you to contact X Y and Z.
