Auction # 217639728 is the gun for sale and is my auction. At this time I will except 750.00 Bitcoins for this gun which includes shipping. It will have to be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder who will transfer the gun to you. Please contact me through the Gunbroker system, I will confirm the price in Bitcoins so you know this is a real offer. You can then purchase the gun through Gunbroker and we will finalize details from that point. If you want to mix bitcoins and dollars I could do that also. If there is a large price movement up or down at Mt Gox between now and the time you want to purchase we will work out a final price in Bitcoins before you hit the Buy It Now button.
If you are not a Gunbroker.com account holder it is as easy as Ebay to set one up. I am not (yet) a confident Bitcoin user, I can not yet find anything denominated in Bitcoins I want to purchase. To transfer Bitcoins into debit cards etc carry some fees so as a business I would like to be compensated a little more - selling guns is my business but I have vendors and bills to pay which are in dollars. My thought is that a unique item as this one being offered to the Bitcoin community may have one are more persons interested even if the exchange rate is not as favorable. I will gladly consider all offers, please send them through Gunbroker. The listed price is a starting point - not etched in stone.

What about listing on Bidding Pond and then referring the winner to Gunbroker? I think this would be an easier way to determine the best offer and bring attention to your item. |
