Create a .txt file in the cgminer folder and write: cgminer.exe --scrypt -o earthcoin.no-ip.biz -u [Workername] -p [Workerpassword] -I 13 (For the workername and password you have to create a worker on the earthcoin.no-ip.biz website!)
