Do you remember any part of the new password?

oh tricky tricky. Unless you can remember any part of the password that might ease the brute-forcing, you are probably screwed.

How long was the password, and how many characters of the password do you think you remember?

Also- do you have a backup from prior to your wallet password change? :-)

Brute forcing is your best guess, unless the password was pretty long, like 11 characters.

Roughly how long was the password? Just letters, letters and numbers, special characters?

THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER.

He is not genuine in losing his wallet password. He is trying to hack it!

Yep highly likely. Forget his password (!), cannot remember any characters, doesn't know the length .........

hey guys i have same problem, just opened my wallet, and don't rememeber the password, i have a copy on one USB key, but to import the file still ask me the password, and i don't remember it.
I tried all the possible password and no one is working ..
What can i do ?

Edit: I tried to create a new wallet and import from the key but i get this error "Could not depcript imput string" ...
And i have quite a lot of BTC on it

Now when i try to remove the password and i am trying possible password it give me an error "Could not decript bytes"
