Title: Bter just stole my money Post by: Arbitrageur on December 25, 2013, 04:27:10 AM Instead of correcting the funds error issue I've had for more than a week, they took lots of BTC and LTC off my account. and yet I can't withdraw, the error is still there!

Title: Re: Bter just stole my money Post by: Arbitrageur on April 01, 2014, 08:19:56 AM sorry if I didn't post earlier, but the problem was resolved after a long chat with the customer service. there was a mistake on their side when they did the accounting. they realized the mistake and credited back was what missing. so basically, issue sorted.

I am sorry to hear that, I know you also had funds stuck at Vircurex (two hits is worse than one) I hope you eventually will recover all your loses. I couldn't make all the accounting, too many trades in there. So I assumed theirs was right and I was more than happy to recover over 11 out of 13 that was missing. Took me a few days to work that out with them and lots of hassles, but in the end I've got them. Support now seems much better (they have a skype account now, where the support is quite responsive, at that time I had to do all through QQ). Sorry if I cried for wolf, but at that time was justified.
