I am a relatively new miner and my account was recently locked on the site that houses the pool that I mine for. Luckily the pool moderator has an account here and said to post in the thread if your account is locked. It looks like I have to make a post here in this section, and browse for four hours before I will be able to post in that thread for my account to be unlocked. Until then... Hi! No, it was http://fast-pool.com/ Title: Re: Account locked out of mining pool I use Post by: pitobread on December 26, 2013, 06:08:29 AM I also have a serious support thread issue with fast-pool where it counted my hashes (and I assume anyone else that has turned on anon account) for the last 4 hours since a reboot and paid out ZERO coins. I checked my miner and even rebooted cgminer and it was still counting zero. I had a very low count 1% of invalids so for the last 4 hours it was accepting my work and not paying me for it :(

Currently locked out of my account and can't post or pm.
