How much any hardware can mine is subjective.  It's up to you to guess at what the difficulty will be like now or in the future along with any hosting, electric, networking, etc. costs you may have.

Not a chance.  If I ship it assembled there is a 90% chance it will arrive broken.

The good news is you just need a thermal pad or some decent thermal grease (arctic silver 5) or both.  It's only four screws to stick the cooler onto the chili.
