Title: An ultra rare cryptocurrency
Post by: NextLevelBitBar on December 27, 2013, 04:03:47 PM
Hi guys,

BitBar is a sacre POW/POS cryptocurrency.
Currently there are about 9000BTB's, I've reviewed the code and the maximum BTB is 500.000 (this amount will probaly be reached when you are dead because of the unique reward retargeting)

The current marketcap is:

27 December

9 January

It's traded at:
http://bter.com/trade/btb_btc
https://www.cryptsy.com/markets/view/23

Our main goal is to bring BTB to the next level by:
Creating a professional homepage
Creating cool logos and banners
Launching more miningpools and nodes to support the network
Allowing people to buy BTB with fiat

Currently we are giving away 0.1 BTB to each indivual who writes an article about BTB (min. 150 words)

4 cents is not worth 150 words if you really do want well written articles. Make it 4 dollars or 10 dollars and I'll actually write a good article for you definitely over 150 words.

Hi,

If you're really interested, just increase the pay.

Look at how dtc is performing to improving their coin spread.

Good luck if you're serious.

Make it 0.01BTC and I'll do it.

Not even sexcoins? I suppose some alts are worth a little bit of work if you can get 'em for free, but I can't be arsed downloading all  the wallets.

With current price 0.01 btc is too good. However, considering a decent pay, will make this thread busily engaged in future.

I guess at least one thing Sexcoin has going for it is you can actually buy something with it.

A simple article about BTB and you can profit from its wealth :)

unobtanium is not premined and therefore has better outlooks than premined bitbar-shit. Also CGB is scarce and solid. BTB is really going nowhere.

The worst thing BTB has going for it is the initial distribution.

That premine does not look good and there doesnt seem to be any services. I recommend FRK personally. No premine, ultra low inflation, super scarce and has TONS of services.

Being rare doesn't make something valuable. My pubic hair are pretty scarce worldwide, as only I can provide them. Nonetheless people doesn't seem to be interested on buying them for hundreds of dollars just because they can't easily get a hold of it. They seem to be plain worthless, just like many, many, many altercoins that offer nothing over BTC will become in the near future.

I actually like the name of this coin but i dont believe itll ever do anything. It saw a great pump to .15 (or there abouts) 4 weeks back and i think that was its final hoorah.
The fact that you think creating cool new logos is something thats really going to revitalise whilst outlining no real services is worrying.

What services would you like to see for BTB?

Does this need to be an officially posted article, or could we submit some text for you for promotional use etc? Or alternatively in blog form? I write for some art publications but I think that Bitbar might be a bit beyond their readership!
