This auction will end earliest on 31/12/2013 at 2000 UTC (approx. 49 hours from now - to be exact).

Every valid bid placed during the last 5 minutes extends the auction for another 5 minutes (counted from the timestamp of that respective bid). So the auction ends 5 minutes after the last valid bid.

Forum timestamp applies.

I will accept escrow with a reputable forum regular if arranged and paid for by the buyer. But I believe I have already proven to be trustworthy.

Payment is required within 24 hours from end of auction and provision of payment address.

After receipt of payment and winner's BTC address for dividends I will inform the same to friedcat with the request to transfer the shares.

Any dividends received between payment receipt and actual transfer of the shares will be forwarded to the new owner.

it is against youtube TOS to sell accounts, BTW.

youtube has no ownership of new owners. its defaulted to new ownership and transferring is permitted, read the fine details.

yep google doesnt own you or the "new" owners.

Hey if someone buys good for you.

People need to use caution, you could buy this channel and then have it removed, you have no right to the channel.
You are going to need to sell a whole google account because you can not transfer a channel to an existing youtube user. Therefore you are basicly selling a google account, which I am sure is not ok in their TOS.
