Is it worth mining in a pool or at all if I only get about 20 Mhash/s? I have a nVidia Geforce GTX 460M inside my Asus G73SW gaming laptop. It probably won't cover electricity.

Nvidias are quite poor at this from what i understand. However, i've heard of people getting external graphics cards to mine with their laptops, might be worth checking out.
