Looking to buy 1BTC can pay via bank deposit or postal money order in mail or maybe WU or MG but we split fee if using that method maybe a few others methods can be worked out will not use paypal! unless you are highly trusted i will not be sending first so either you send first or we use another trusted member for escrow

I can do it with MG but my price is bitstamp+8% and I won't cover the fees, so I doubt it'll be ok for you ;) Anyway that's my offer. My extensive feedback in my thread in signature, plus a couple of feedbacks here --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=374845.0

Not really, it's kinda in line/slightly lower than other offers. Would be  $ 862 at the moment I'm writing, while the lowest offer on localbitcoins for WU is $ 874.88
Unless they cover the fees ofc :)
There are better offers for cash in mail, yes. I won't be able to do that anyway.

Sorry for the offtopic, but why wouldn't you buy BTC with paypal? Isn't the risk on the btc seller side?
