Title: Mining board slots.
Post by: pekv2 on August 24, 2011, 04:42:51 PM
EP45-UD3P v1.6

I've had this board for a long time now. Will I be able to mine on every slot. My curious question  actually is, will the longer two pci white slots accept a mining card with an riser/extension?

Maybe? but it definitely isn't cost effective because you need a pci to pcie converter then a riser. Thats 50 bucks per slot. You might as well buy a new mobo at that point.

:o oic, alright. I should be fine on the other five for now. three pciex1 and two pciex16.

Thanks Mike.
