Title: Bug report: Armory 0.96.4 fails to create lockbox spending Tx

When creating a spending Tx from a lockbox (either to a segwit or non-segwit address) after pressing 'Continue', Armory fails with the following error in armorylog.txt:

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'setComment'

OS is Windows 10

Goatpig, have you looked into this bug? It results in funds being in a lockbox which cannot be released.

Any help would be appreciated!

There will be a fix for 0.96.5
