Compiling on Linux is easy, but Windows client? I guess I'll try to cross-compile with mingw32, perhaps that will end up with some Windows client binary ... :)

How do I compile an Linux? Is there something like a guide? (I have Windows, but I am thinking to try Ubuntu)

How do i see my wallet address on linux? I have to vps mining it and i want to send from one to another. Obviously i dont do it for the coin since it is broken but to learn using linux and solo mining.

actually friends started mining it long after the announcement...
but some people here also started mining (with a lot more CPU power than i can afford)... opened a pool and made a nice dice site

this suppose to be a community effort ... and i was thinking that the crypto community is more open and helpful (like in other open source project) = friends?

but instead people are being negative.. crying that there is no binary instead of helping to produce one
i made a mac binary after a short time, and the windows took me a few days and a lot of work and tryinng - and its still far from perfect (the windows client crash when closing it)

Just mined some for fun but that pool took almost half of my blocks and didnt pay me. I was the only one mining but didnt get the payouts. I t hink there is something wrong with the software. Will let the built in mining run over night since i have free electricity.

For Quark it shows 0 mhs hash rate for the pool and 24 hrs actual shows 0.06979 mBTC per MH per day.
Isn't this way too high?

There are not really any regular miners on the pool that mine 24/7.  Miners come in when the profitability is good and switch to another pool / algo when it falls.  This can cause the 24 hour profitability results to be higher than at other pools.

I had over 4Ghs of scrypt running through recently when profitability was very good - 800Mhs will work fine :)

Was wondering why do your website looks so unprofessional? and host on a free domain, Wix. Not trying to push you down, just honest concerns. Things like that scare potential users/investors away as you know people are quick to call scam. I havent invest in ZUR yet because to be honest all these sudden move on Monkey Capital are a bit fishy, but I'm giving them, you, the benefit of the doubt. Glad you were able to update. Only thing is yobit, the main exchange for this right now probably won't update or at least not in a timely manner I assume. I don't know how nova is with updating wallets, but yobit is like a just about never type deal.

I know that there are more people with the same problem ( at least two of my chat group) .Their support is not responding to my tickets. I have seen that it got a 1 confirmation of 2 possibles as stated in yobit ( earlier have not one), could it be due to your actions?

Probably 2 days. Don't sweat it; it happens periodically. It happens a lot when a coin has gone from never trading very much to being actively traded too. Just keep checking back.

arma33, it's just not syncing and telling me no block sources available. I do have some delayed txs coming in from Yobit for days, but that's a different issue not related to the wallet I think.

Maybe yobit has issues with big amount. When I withdraw 10 coins transaction went instantly. When I withdraw few thousand coins it took 3 days to arrive.

Coinsmarkets is surprisingly good. I just opened an account recently and was expecting more ED/Yobit style failures but it has proven to be very solid. I think users can request addition of new coins.

Looks like I withdraw my coins from yobit just in time. Yobit uses different blockchain for other coins too and their price is much inflated than coinmarketcap price.

A former public schoolboy has been accused of being the mastermind of a multimillion-pound international cryptocurrency fraud, which netted him $30m and saw one investor commit suicide.

Daniel Harrison, who is the son of a senior City financier, is alleged to have lured American investors with an initial coin offering (ICO), used to fund the creation of a cryptocurrency.

Harrison, in his late 30s, according to US court papers, was the founder of Monkey Capital LLC, a Delaware company, and Monkey Capital Inc, a Singapore-based company, and used them for “fraudulent purposes”. The claims have been made in a civil class action filed in a Florida court. The filing comes amid increasing legal and regulatory concerns about the boom in crypto-currencies.

Harrison could not be reached for comment, but he has previously told the cryptocurrency website CoinDesk that the claims are “ridiculous”. He has yet to file a formal response.

The Monkey Capital class action alleges that investors ploughed more than $5m worth of bitcoins into the ICO in return for options called a coeval, which could in turn be exchanged for a crypto-currency called monkey coin.

The legal papers state that there are “at least hundreds if not thousands of putative class members”. One of the original plaintiffs, Jeffrey Heberling, recently committed suicide.

A trial date has been set for September 17.

Investors were told that these coins would “derive their value from the usefulness and popularity of the Monday Capital Market — a development and launch of which was entirely in defendants’ control”.

However, the ICO, which was scheduled for July 2017 according to the court papers, never took place and the six plaintiffs never got back their bitcoins. The coins are now valued at more than $15m (£11m).

The class action states: “800,000,000 of the Monkey Coins were issued to Daniel Harrison, who quickly converted them to other cryptocurrency and fiat currency . . . presently valued at $30m.”

Harrison, who is thought to live in Singapore, says he went to Lancing College and Oxford University.

His father, Mark Harrison, who was a senior figure at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley, said: “I don’t wish to comment.”

Should know by now that Yobit is a scam. You wont get ur ZUR out of there.

Best advice for anyone with ZUR on Yobit is to sell it while u still can....take what BTC u can get and just accept the loss.
