Also, to the 'scam' comment above... you do realize that no matter WHEN a coin is launched, it is always during the time when SOMEONE is asleep... yes? haha... people who say stuff of this manner are quite interesting in their thought process.


This coin did its best to launch totally fair, it is something that is very difficult to fully accomplish, and you will never make EVERYONE happy. But they did their best and I applaud that.

They haven't lost the opportunity yet either, hashrate was 10GH within seconds of launch and has only climbed to 14 ish GH/s

What I do know is...

There were quite a few pool operators awaiting the launch in Discord.

Obviously there was some anxious mining power awaiting use, otherwise why sit there?

People like community coins, and if this turns out to be otherwise and some ruse, then it will be figured out.

But for now, I think it has seemed pretty good, and we'll see how things progress.


Everything at the beginning has a few things that aren't 'ideal' 100%, such was the case with quite a few projects. What matters more is how they continue, what they do from this point, and what they make of the project.

I think it is definitely better done than most of the recent Masternode from start coins I've seen, but honestly there is no real way to tell 100% until we continue to see how things move forward.




On a side note... cryptopool.party has hit its first block, BRING ON THE HOARD OF MINERS! ;) 0.1% fee is I'm sure less than almost everyone. I'm also sure that not many people have load-balanced redundant stratum servers. ;)

I just discovered this project yesterday and started to mine some with my GTX 1063 (:D). What confused me was that there seems to be a market for VTL/BTC on YoBit (https://yobit.net/en/trade/VTL/BTC#1M (https://yobit.net/en/trade/VTL/BTC#1M)) which looks really strange with hundereds of millions of VTL for sale and no buy order. This has nothing to do with your coin, right? Otherwise this would look like a huge scam given the fact that your ANN post states a max supply of 35 mio VTL.

The announcement released today about the new usecase and direction that VTL will be taking was an extremely pleasant surprise for me!  The pdf that was released shows the team has been working super hard and had a lot of in-depth thinking about which direction to take.  I'm happy to be on board for the ride!

The old whitepaper is outdated and useless at this point. We will be issuing out more details on everything as time goes on - this is our project use-case and what we've been working on and will be in the future. We are geared to solve real world applicable problems. You can sort of see this as an updated whitepaper / project use-case for everyone to see.

Hello team! For a long time I did not go and did not check the site! I am glad that you have advanced so much in front of all this time!

What do VTL holders have to do to claim their VTL under the new fork?

Unfortunately it seems like this coin is dead. No activity on github for over a month, their own web page still has not even updated the current algo, and the price is tumbling into oblivion. Currently you can get a whole masternode for 2 $. :-D

This was the case with most human inventions aka refrigerator, condoms, bicycle, tesla etc. Condoms' effectiveness level is that of a cellophane bag. Bicycle is an outmoded thing.
