Because compared to other shitcoins, COLX does a much more professional job and seems to have a complete and working product, with a very interesting roadmap ahead. Compare this to your average shitcoin which usually on the average worth 5x or 10x more? Something is wrong. COLX value should not be this low. Google them for yourself and do research.
