I am holding some good ammount of EOS as well as TRX in hitbtc but till now hitbtc not announced any news about EOS mainnet launch and token swap . AS well as TRX also i am holding in Hitbtc exchange . I am not finding any resource about Hitbtc support ?? Even in forum very much poor response some people asked the same question still no response. IF any one having proper answer from Hitbtc please let me know .

Get your tokens out of that exchange.  From what I heard in the Monero community, there are some HitBTC users who didn't get their withdrawals thru.

I suggest to transfer your tokens to Trex or Binance before June 21 for the TRX swap.  Can't speak for EOS.

I had pointed out in earlier thread that hitbtc doesn't have a good response when it comes to customer service. As token suggested you should move them to more reputable exchanges like trex or binance.

You definitely need to get your EOS tokens in an address that you control and register it at eos.io

I wouldn't trust any exchange to swap the ETH tokens for native EOS tokens when their blockchain launches.

EOS is moving to it's own platform in June 3.
It's wise to store them in a ERC20 wallet you hold the private key of. But exchanges like Binance had already announced they are able to handle the swap.

TRX will start from may 31st. They are suggesting to keep in a exchange wallet and seems like most of the exchange will support the swap.

Dont trust any exchange, they could make it easier but if I were you I would transfer it all to my wallet. After that will follow the rules that are needed in order to transfer my coins. Hit btc honestly seems to have some bad reviews and this is why I would trust especially them, maybe binance is another story but if you don't have coins with you you don't own them. Why would you put yourself in the position for the exchange to play with future of your funds when crypto wad made for you to take care. When you have your coins You can do what ever you want and not what exchanges want.

So you should transfer your TRX and EOS tokens to other big exchanges, such as binance.
Because the hitbtc exchange has a lot of bad user experience, they may not to deal with it.

I would suggest you to take out your coins from there. You can try using Binance. I heard that it's really good. But for now, get your coins out of there asap.

I am fully agreed with @Tokeweed. I was facing the same issue just last week. And took the decision to transfer my all tokens from. hitbtc to another exchange.

TRX will launch at the end of this month most probably. I appreciate that you're trying to do. It's better if you shift EOS or TRX.

I found answer for tron token swap it will be happening on June 24 as if now testnet testing happening so still one may nth is there it’s some home relaxation . Still hitbtc not announced anything about token swap both eos and trx.

Hitbtc is a bad exchange. I bought some EOS on this website and wanted to transfer it to my wallet. I didn't expect that the withdrawal fee was as high as 30%! This will be the only time I will use the exchange.

i sold eos on hibtc.. fee was aout 3.7 eos . a LOT!

I think that the best option will be to send these coins to the binance exchange and there they already converted
