I searched it up as well and it came up with 'no matching results' in the syscoin blockchain explorer. Either they provided you with a fake transaction ID altogether, or they have potentially signed the transaction but hasn't broadcasted it yet. But either way, it's taking way too long.

You can simply never expect yobit to be competent with their support in these scenarios.

They will never give you a satisfactory response, or any response at all. And the delays are absolutely terrible as well. It's not just syscoin either, it's a whole lot of withdrawals that are being held up by their system. If you do get your money, please don't return to trading at yobit. It's a terrible exchange to use.

This is the TXID that OP was supposed to have been paid via. Still not a valid transaction ID, it seems.

And the person above my post is having the same issue as well, which means that it's definitely not the only case out there.

Refer to this: https://twitter.com/syscoin/status/995031640169529344

Syscoin has updated their blockchain to Syscoin 3.0, and Yobit's wallets are still on the old chain, which is why you have the issue there in the first place. People have been complaining about it on twitter as well, to no avail. The syscoin team said that they have contacted yobit to upgrade, but they haven't been responded to.

It's going to take some time for sure, knowing yobit's reputation for being slow as hell.

I think they can just use my amount to earn some money by speculating and after that maybe they will decide to make my transaction or refund my assets.

your money is lost. I made the same mistake. They send syscoin on the old chain.
After reading I doubt you ever will get your money or any response.
I will not trade a single trade on yobit again. And I will not touch coins that get listed there in the future att their own will.

STAY AWAY from yobit

You can find that hash on the old syscoin chain:
https://explorer.coinpayments.net/transaction.php?chain=24&hash=c4abbe89933b622498e82dc55537cc29e3394ff8fa6e6d91aad00c49739b7758

I suffered the same and I doubt they ever will solve this. I did not do enough research. The only thing I can do for the 500$ I lost is to warn others.
