I have a question : if the power of all miners (people) decrease (instead of increase for now) ... what the bitcoin network do for this ? Can it decrease the difficult ? Or difficult is calculate with the number of BTC generate by miner (but increase with the amount and not decrease). If last 2016 blocks took more than 14 days, then the difficulty is decreased.

With the number of asics out in a market i don't think we face the difficulty decrease situation nearest time.
