Which altcoins that are now big (Top 30 market cap) are gonna fail in 2014?


Please give reasons, if possible.

I start with:

- Ripple (reason scam)
- NxT (reason scam)
- MasterCoin (reason scam)
- Feathercoin (no traction, small community, no innovation)
- Worldcoin (no traction, never saw any thread/info about this coin anywhere)
- Novacoin (no traction, never saw any thread/info about this coin anywhere)

All of the above.

MemoryCoin 2.0 - Pump n dump, went from CPU to GPU coin, dev's delete any negative information, 7.3% pre-mined
DOGE - The next big thing will replace it

My hunch is NXT will take a nosedive once the source is released and people find flaws.

Doge  people will get sick of it and as soon as it's not profitable, its not gonna be funny anymore.
XRP - ripples seems like a scam to me
MSC - also seems like scam
NXT - same as above
QRK

These are just wild guesses. Pretty sure XRP is a scam tho.

I think DOGE is probably the least likely to fail if im honest.

If you would like to know the reasons

1. There are more outlets/merchants looking to implement doge than any other ALT right now
2. The gambling sites are extremely successful and I guarantee have more traffic than any other alt coin equivelent gambling site out there
3. The difficulty is yoyo-ing ever so slightly, allowing less-equipped miners to still make a decent chunk of profit
4. upon nearing block 100k, we will see a change in value - how dramatic that will be, i have no idea.
5. Doge road is on its way in the not to distant future, and i don't doubt for a second that this will have huge utility and a large user base (that's if it materialises)

NXT would be my best guess for a nosedive candidate.

Ripple has wayyyy to many real and serious investors. I mean common Google ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, those two are enough to convince me.

Coins with big market cap and low volume are good candidates imo. QRK and coins like that...

Do your research: Ripple (XRP) is technically not an altcoin and it's not a scam. PM me if you want to insist on ripple being a scam. Please include reasons. I will tell you it's not a scam and why.

Wow that's actually pretty bad.  If they release the source, and flaws are found, people could lose a ton of $

Im gonna opt for StableCoin. Whilst not technically in the top 30 marketcap now, it was not long ago. It seemed to take off like a rocket back at the start of Dec and seems to be fading as fast as it shot up.
Few people saying WDC and DGC - I like both of these so i hope your wrong :)

All the instamine coins and coins with huge rewards. Does not go well with economics of supply and demand. Too much surplus, eventually drives prices down. Coins with balance rarity and actually usefulness will eventually thrive. So, DOGE, CAT and other stupidly named coins will eventually fail, if there is no true and useful usage for them.
