Included the link to archive of the previous bump. Nothing was done though, so I assume mods can't see deleted posts and don't accept archive as valid proof? He's still doing it to this day. In fact a lot of them over the marketplace with locked threads specifically are doing it. If you report the post and he deletes that post then the report will disappear along with it. I banned him anyhow so thread can be locked. When reporting these sorts of spammers report the op of the thread and give as much visual evidence as possible.
