In my opinion this process is a bit strange. Steps to be able to PM and reply: 1) Post in the newbie port 2) Wait... 3) Post some more in the thread you opened 4) Wait... 5) You are now suddenly able to PM people 6) Wait... 7) You are now able to reply to posts. :) Title: Re: new user posting privileges and private messages Post by: bitcoin44me on February 23, 2014, 01:52:17 PM You need to get more activities and posts
