This coin is too worthless to purchase in BTC. LTC is ~30x cheaper than LTC, so if price falls much below 0.00000030LTC, you can buy at LTC price and guarantee profit by selling at the cheapest BTC price possible which is 0.00000001.
That is why there are 23BTC worth of sell orders at 0.00000001 on TIPS/BTC.
