With 3 MSi R9 290X and making 3 mh/s.  Do you think this is possible?

Also do you think the price is pretty good for a ready to run mining rig?

Not really, no. It is possible to get ~ 1 mh/s per 290x, though I'm pretty confident it will not happen when the GPUs are enclosed in a case.

These pre-built systems exist for one reason: to make the system builder profit.  Though possibly due to bad luck or scammers, I don't consider their e-bay feedback to be overly confidence inspiring. You really need to be moving a decent amount of hardware to lock in bulk rates and actually present a decent deal to customers.

You can do a lot with ~ 3120 USD. Just price out his parts and see what you come up with and also keep in mind there's a more economical option for almost all of the components in that system, especially if it's only ever going to be mining.
