I've got about $850 to spend on a scrypt coin miner.  I'll be storing the miner at my office so I will require a case for it. It can be hideous looking, but needs to be enclosed and not a milk crate design. Can someone please spec me out a stable miner including motherboard, memory, psu, cpu, gpu, and case.  Obviously one that will get the best hash rate, stability, and won't melt in whatever case is chosen.  Much Appreciated!  

You will probably want 3 x radeon 7950s for around 1500kh/s. Not going to find all the parts for you as you can easily do it yourself. Just find the cheapest mobo with 3 pci-e slots and the cheapest cpu/ram/parts to go with it.

I just ordered parts to build a rig based on this page (http://www.cryptobadger.com/2013/04/build-a-litecoin-mining-rig-hardware/). I don't think you'll be able to get more than 1 GPU to start with though. It took me forever to find some 7950s on Amazon and they were $375 each. I'm not yet sure I even got those. On that topic, I'd purchase new GPUs since used ones may well have been used in mining and be on their last legs. Also, the used ones on eBay really aren't any cheaper than the new ones above. I'd get one card to start, then pop in more when you can afford them. Get the PSU that can handle 3+ cards if you can, so you don't have to upgrade it later. Obviously with only 1 GPU you can use any case.
