Great site - you should consider writing an api for your service. Other applications that need to notify their users for what ever reason they need to be notified could make use of it.

The text under the bottom box says "160 remaining".

I first didnt understand what this meant so could i suggest changing it to 160 characters remaining or in some way connect it graphicall to the textbox.


A second note: when my mouse entered the textbox the 160 changed to 142 (since there were text already written in the box).
Consider changing the starting number to 142 or remove the text on mouse over.

i am also thinking about an account system that people dont have to pay for each sms , but first i need to know that some people are interested in using this.

It's a bit expensive... can you tell me what number will the user see upon receiving an SMS?

Tryed it out with a swiss number but it didn't work. It said payment received and sms sent but i did not get anything. Number was entered correct...

Hey there so i tested it also with a swiss number and the friend i sendet it to got the sms ? are you sure you entered the rigth number ? ;)

The other question wich number is shown on send i dont know it depends on what the sms service i use use for sending ;)

just wanted to say that tiCeR contacted me and now we are looking why it doesn't work for me. But it definately isn't scam or something.
So we are making some more tests and i will keep you informed about it. Maybe some other people also can test with one or two sms, so he
can figure out if it depends on the country or where the problem is. i life in switzerland and wasn't acutally able to send a sms. tiCeR was able
to send me a sms. so give it a try and report if it works or not. ;)

ok got it ;) sms service works now perfect thx to the testers ;) you can start sending sms now ;)

I can confirm that it works now like a charm :) Tested last days with tiCeR and we found "the problem" of sometimes not coming sms. But now, after much testing it works
perfect and really fast! Sending SMS takes only about some seconds incl. paiment and receiving sms.

So give it a try;) I will do so.

@BitcoinSMS - can you tell what bulk sms service provider do you use?

At BitcoinNotify.com (https://bitcoinnotify.com) I use BulkSMS, and I'm so far happy with their service and prices.

(BitcoinNotify delivers SMS notifications about Bitcoin prices and payments; does NOT allow sending arbitrary SMS-es; i.e. it's not your competition)

Bitcoinreminder seems to be no option, when one wants to send just sms. txt4coins.net seems to be one.
