§ 1 - Definition
Bitcoin is the first digital currency that is completely decentralized. The network consists of ordinary users and requires no servers or central banks. The decentralized distribution of the network ensures security and freedom for the Bitcoin network.

§ 2 - Availability
Mybitcointrade.com gives no guarantee of availability of service. However, we aim, wherever technical possible, to provide a largely uninterrupted service. There may, however, be short-term downtime (for example, due to server or database maintenance) to maintain service and data security.

§ 3 - Registration
Registration at Mybitcointrade.com is free and available to all. The user is required to complete all data fields in the registration form completely and correctly. Mybitcointrade.com reserves the right (especially where fraud is suspected) to perform random spot checks of the data. Therefore, please be fair and always provide complete and correct user information.

§ 4 - Earning Bitcoins
Bitcoins can be earned at Mybitcointrade.com solely through activities on the exchange. You may also fund your account by transferring bitcoins from your bitcoin wallet. [ok?]

§ 5 - Withdrawals
Immediately after registration, withdrawals are blocked. Users may have their bitcoins paid out their bitcoin wallet.

§ 6 - Responsibility of Mybitcointrade.com
Mybitcointrade.com is not liable for damages resulting from the use of this website. In particular, Mybitcointrade.com is exempt from all claims against users or other third parties for damage from spoofing. Participation in our site is at your own risk! Should a user delete his account, he loses all claims to any bitcoins which may still be in the account.

§ 7 - Participation
By participating in our service you agree to receive emails from time to time from Mybitcointrade.com. Any kind of spam is prohibited. Spamming is punishable by banning of your account. Account statements are generally not considered SPAM, since they inform the user!

Anyone who discovers errors while trading on our exchange should in the interest of all users immediately file a bug report. Claims for damages as a result of errors in the system may only be honored if accompanied a screenshot.

§9.1 - Exploiting bugs
Bitcoins earned by exploiting the system, must be paid back and there is absolutely no claim to the coins. Reporting such bugs will be rewarded by the administrators.

§10 - Account deletion
Accounts deleted by the user, will be blocked for 30 days, to avoid spamming the system

§11 - System integrity and downtimes of MyBitcointrade.com

§11.1 We can't guarantee an 100% uptime of the domain, but we're doing our best. Known downtimes of the page, will be announced. Downtimes caused by force majeure and any damage done by this, won't be refunded or compensated by MyBitcointrade.com and there is no claim to this.

§11.2 Every single user has to check the accessibility of MyBitcointrade.com on its' own, to guarantee a reward. There is no claim for reimbursement for damage done by force majeure or announced downtimes.

§12 - Limitation of liability

§13 Privacy

§13.1 - While accessing MyBitcointrade.com, possible Data to identify you will be stored (to be exact: IP Address, Date, Time, Way and status of access and project related data) in a database/log file. The stored Information will be used for identification and other project related things.

§13.2 - Your personal data and your email-address will only be used to communicate with you, for sending the newsletter and if requested for other services e.g. account statement. In case of a serious breach, the data can also be used to find a person. Passing them to third parties is excluded.

§13.3 - MyBitcointrade.com is using cookies, which are storing encrypted user data related to the system (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_cookie). They exist to ensure user comfort and can be deleted without negative effects to the system. MyBitcointrade.com is not using any Java-Applets or Active-X Controls. For the menu and/or other parts of the project, we are using simple JavaScript.

§14 -Changes to this AGB

§14.1 - Changes to this AGB can be applied anytime and take effect instantly after accepting them, also for existing agreements. The current version can be read on the website of MyBitcointrade.com and on is sent to the user directly when requested.

§14.2 - The user has the right to disagree the changes to this AGB within 2 weeks. If the user doesn't disagree to them and is registered before the date of changes, the changes are taking full effect and count as accepted by the user.

§14.3 - MyBitcointrade.com will announce every change to this AGB by sending newsletter via email and presenting them on the homepage. The timeframe to disagree starts with date of publishing the information on the website and the date of the newsletter.

§14.4 - In case of disagreement by the user, MyBitcointrade.com has the right to end the membership of this user. Credits left in the user account will be paid out the specified (bitcoin) account. A not reached limit of payout will be ignored.

§15 - Final provisions

§15.1 - Should the user breach any of the general terms and conditions, they are obliged to indemnify MyBitcointrade.com against all resulting claims by third parties, as well as to compensate any losses, costs or damage.

§15.2 In the said event of a claim by third parties, the User is bound to provide newtron immediately, correctly and in full with all information which is required for reviewing the claims and a defence.

§16 - Severability clause

§16.1 - If some of the stipulations of this agreement become ineffective or unfeasible the contractual parties are bound to replace the ineffective or unfeasible stipulations by other effective and feasible stipulations which, from the point of view of business success, come close to the ineffective and unfeasible stipulations to such an extent that it is reasonable to suppose that the contractual parties would conclude the agreement even with this clause. If such a provision cannot be found, the ineffectiveness or unfeasibility of one or more of contractual stipulations do not change the validity of this agreement as a whole unless the ineffective or unfeasible stipulations have such a substantial significance for the agreement that it is reasonable to suppose that the contractual parties would not conclude the agreement without these ineffective or unfeasible stipulations.
