I can escrow, but I would prefer if the buyer used the cards immediately to guarantee that they work and end the transaction. I understand that some sellers here are scamming by refunding the gift card after it's bought. I emplore you to use them immediately after purchasing so that this doesn't happen. If you have reasonable trust accumulated, I would be okay with going first as well. Using MTGox USD sell price @ time of purchase. I have a pretty good nose for that sort of thing.
