I have completed the code for shoe coin. This is just a test currency (the name will change) that i need people to compile and make sure everything works for me. I am working on compiling some qt now. If someone can compile the windows and osx wallet for me that would be much appreciated. I haven't modified the qt in anyway so it is still the litecoin one.

Yeah it is currently in a some what kind of testing phase. Once it is ready to launch i will pre announce it so everyone has a fair chance of mining.

Just another pump & dump coin, or it is going to have some new useful and innovative features? New algorithm for calculating difficulty? Unique coin distribution mechanism? At least some semi-new feature like anonymity, transaction messages, etc...?

From the looks of it...a better soul  8)

I wanted to make that coin but someone already had it on the new alt coin generator wait list.  Meme of meme's really.

it wouldn't be to hard to change the current coins name.

But i prefer something somewhat serious. Somethings that has long term value.

That was strictly a meme coin idea.

I think you should keep your coin and develop how you like best.

Shoe Coin.  The coin with a sole.

If I keep going then I will end up with James Brown coin  8)  Damn..now it's out of the bag...papa's brand new bag.
