Your emails are likely to get marked as spam, and in order to record the data, you have to comply with GDPR, in addition to OP's website. There is a simple solution to this problem, which is to build your own email list. This way you can ensure that you are going to get consent and can immediately start to talk to people that sign up with a tool like MailChimp. If you're looking for CPA or similar activities, this list is perfect. If you're looking to promote a legit product or service, this list will kill your business in time.
