Bitcoin has once again crossed $1000 USD. Where do you all think we'll  be in a month?  At the end of 2014?

I think that we'll see 1200$ at the end of the month or maybe more.

Ha, short term price doesnt matter much. But the trend is upward  ;)

I have seen various news feeds showing to be at $10k this year, others were even speculating at $50k, which I really can't see how. I could potentially see around $3k to $5k with all the growth and acceptance of bitcoins.

Facebook starts testing Bitcoin payments on their Advertising Platform  - BTC RISING FAST AGAIN! Almost 1k!!!

In March, I heard people sold all their bitcoins at $60. In June, I joked that collecting dust form faucets is worth while when bitcoin may one day be worth $500 in a few years' time. In September, people are shouting $1000 is the highest it will go.

Now, I wonder who can say $3000 is impossible?

Not that I truely believe it would reach $3000 by the end of the year, but I will not put myself in such an embarassing position  :D

I installed an app on my android it was 8-something then alerts poped up after 9something then after $1000. Now if I can only figure out how to earn some bit coins.

I guess people will cashout revenues after it has reached 1000$. Then they will let it down until 700-800$ again, and after all of this speculation during several weeks it will probably go to skyrocket again until 2000$. What I don´t know is when it will reach that figure.

There's enough confidence for it to keep rising, I think. People will certainly cash out pretty soon, but without any bad news, there's no reason for it to crash again.

High price + bad news = sharp decline

Sharp decline + panic selling = crash

I can't see it declining lower than $750 without bad news, though.

Very interesting watching, it will drop in the next few days as I just got involved for the 1st time at around $1k

Hold and never sell lower, stop loss doesn't work very well with bitcoin :-)

The infrastructure that Bitcoin is adding this year is simply incredible.

Fundamentals are off the charts. Big money rolling in. Currency problems, continued economic deteoriation could spell 10K easily.

There will be moves this year that dwarf last year. I fully expect 10K and closer to 12K.

By the end of the year, the "herd" will be buying hand over fist.

this is the year where big players will enter the field, like wall street/hedge funds or corporations.

I think that BTC could catch 1300$ as before, I believe :D
